Engaging new members
I worked with Neo on a project for ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) to engage new members in the organization through interactive experiences. The team created ICANN Labs, which was a space to explore various solutions addressing areas of concern such as learning, discovery and communication. Over several months experiments were run and a new ICANN.org was launched. I worked with the team on design and research throughout the project.
Learning from peers
One of the experiments that we developed was focused on learning from peers. We ran a private beta concierge experiment through email to connect new members with those more experienced in the organization to answer questions. We followed up with customer development interviews to learn more about the results from the experiment. What was helpful, what did not work and why. This blog post captures our learnings.
